We are a team of Engineers and Economists; all with post graduate studies and years of real experience in multinational companies managing different functions and projects with multi cultural and inter discipline environments in countries such as Germany, United Kingdom, France, Canada, United States, Spain, Portugal, Colombia and other Latin American Countries.
We have experience in diverse areas, mainly in supply chain, procure to pay, SRM, sales admin, pricing, CRM, quote to cash, information technology, BI, DWH, finance (AP, AR and Treasury) and also in Shared Services.
Two Interlabs senior partners have worked very early in the creation of the first ATM and POS Banking Networks in Colombia: Redmulticolor (1986 - POS Network) and Redeban (1988 - ATM Network) which introduced the electronic banking and connected Colombia to a worldwide network of found transfers and services. This was a huge leap in the modernization of the banking services and networks for Colombia. Later these two companies merged in 2000 to form Redeban Muilticolor.
Redeban and RedMulticiolor, enabled the Colombians, at that time, to use their electronic cards to get cash in ATMs not only in Colombia but also in the rest of the world. Also to pay with debit or credit card in any store with POS worldwide.
Among others, our colleagues have worked in several major projects:
Business Model Review, Target Business Model Design, Detailed Organization and Processes Design and then its ERP SAP R/3 implementation and final Deployment and Change Management for a Major Multinational in all of its European subsidiaries.
Project with Accenture (the largest consulting firm) for Air Liquide (the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment, +15 € billion sales per year with presence in 80 countries). Also designed and implemented this operating model in SAP R/3 (the largest ERP vendor) and deployed it in all subsidiaries with a single instance of SAP for all companies in Europe with more than 10,000 users connected to it. At that time, it was the larger utility project for Accenture.
Sales Force Organization, Business Processes + Tools, Compensation Scheme and Reporting + BI plus Marketing Campaigns Review for a Major Multinational in Europe.
Project to re design the sales force structure and sales business process for AL Industrial Merchant in Europe with the support of Accenture France as the Business Consultant and later Salesforce.com Germany as the Processes and Organization Consultants and as SaaS Providers with the support of Infosys for the final customization of the salesforce.com CRM sales cloud solution. The final solution was tested first in Germany and then after a success pilot it was deployed in all other subsidiaries in Europe.
Shared Services creation for all subsidiaries and Business Lines of the Air Liquide Group in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
A shared service creation for Finance (group accounting and reporting, local and fiscal accounting, taxes, treasury, AR, AP, fixed assets, internal control, corporate governance and tax management and fiscal optimization), Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, Labor Relations, Corporate Communication, Legal and Credit & Collection functions. As a result operational costs of those functions were reduced by more than 30%, business processes improved and standardized, Information Systems unified and the services to operational units increased. New functions were also created.
